This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit clywell.com or use any Clywell Technologies website, platform, application, product, or service (collectively, "Clywell Services").

Where Clywell Technologies builds or operates a platform on behalf of a client business, that business decides how your personal information is used and its own privacy policy applies. We process that information only on the client's instructions and under our agreement with them.

Contact form and assessment submissions
When you submit our contact form or assessment, we store your submission in a database we control. Our team is notified by email and through a private team chat, and uses the submission to reply to you and follow up.
We group assessment responses by stage and interests, and look at them together to decide which programmes, events, and services to offer. We may use an AI service to summarise and tag the written answers you give. We send it only those answers, never your name, email address, or phone number. These tags help us plan and follow up; they are not used to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
If you agree to hear from us about programmes and events, we add you to our mailing list, which runs on an email platform we host ourselves. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also withdraw consent by emailing info@clywell.com. If you don't agree, we only contact you about your submission.
Services we use
Website analytics
We measure how our website is used with privacy-friendly analytics that we host ourselves. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and reports aggregate usage such as pages viewed, referring websites, browser, device type and country. This data is not shared with advertising services.
Cal.com
When you book a call, the scheduler is provided by Cal.com. Cal.com processes the details you enter when booking, such as your name, email address and any notes, to schedule the meeting and send calendar invitations. Its handling of that information is governed by the Cal.com privacy policy.
Email delivery
Messages you send through our contact form and answers to our assessment are delivered to our team by email. If you complete the assessment, we also send an acknowledgement to the email address you provide.
Telegram
If you choose to join our community on Telegram after completing the assessment, your use of Telegram is governed by the Telegram privacy policy.
Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Where your information is stored
Information collected through Clywell products is stored with hosting providers selected by Clywell Technologies. Where a product has its own privacy notice, it gives details specific to that product. Your information may be processed outside the country where you live; where it is, we take steps to protect it as required by applicable data protection law.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When we no longer need your information, we will securely delete or anonymise it.
Contact form enquiries and assessment responses are deleted or anonymised after 24 months without any further contact from you, unless they have become part of an ongoing working relationship. Anonymised responses may be kept to help us plan programmes.
